I took a walk,
Through the sandy desert
And captured me a scorpion
After a potent drink
In the leafy oasis

I took a walk
In the thick dark forest
And met many a man protest
Of depletion and loss
Of the natural and deep undergrowth

I took a walk
Along the city streets,
My eyes opened to sights so crazy
Deep and disturbing
My feet many a garbage crossed
And on many people feet stepped

I took a walk
Along the beaches
And turquoise waters
Saw a fish and a whale
Savored the breath of fresh air
And captured the swift breeze
As my feet sank in the warm sand
