I eat with you and share
My Deepest desires with you
But still My mortal eyes can’t see
Past your Glossy amour
To see deep down your darkened soul.
I often ask myself who is cheating who
In this game and if there are winners
What price do their darkened souls Receive
for a soul that dark nothing Can satisfy
its hunger and thirst for ‘Good’ gossip.
Every time I turn around, I can’t see your Face
But I always feel like something is amiss,
For I can feel the funny faces
You make behind my back
Mocking me using my own words.
I often ask my self if I’m that bad,
Then why do you keep visiting me?
Or are you just Satisfying your hunger with ‘good’ gossip?
